Safety:
Our Page and Payson staff goes through extensive safety training and qualifications so they are prepared to handle situations that might occur. Propane, like any energy source, needs to be treated with respect. Doing so allows us to harness energy in a safe and reliable manner.
Our underground service is inspected each year by the Office of Pipeline Safety from the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC). Annually, we inspect 25 percent of our total underground system for leaks. We also inspect our commercial, school and hospital underground systems for leaks on an annual basis.

During the winter of 2007-08, the use of stored gas saved our customers $.41 per gallon! This represented more than $800,000 in savings for our customers’ winter bills. Last winter, we were approximately 7 cents to 11 cents below the national average for delivered propane.
A good percentage of propane is derived from oil. That’s why when oil and gasoline prices go up, the cost of propane follows. You can be assured, however, that SemStream Arizona Propane’s purchasing and delivery practices enable us to deliver your propane energy in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Convenience:
When you call SemStream Arizona Propane, you speak with a person – not an electronic phone system. We are here to meet your needs.
If your home is located near our hundreds of miles of distribution main, we can install a residential meter at your home and bill you monthly for your propane usage. If you are beyond our mains, you can lease a propane tank or sign up for our metered tank service.
Please note: natural gas service currently is not available in SemStream Arizona Propane’s service territories.
Payment Options:
If you have a meter, you are billed after your usage for the month. If you have a tank, you are billed at the time of delivery.
SemStream Arizona Propane offers several payment options that are designed for your convenience.
- EVEN Pay…pay a monthly bill that is calculated to equal your annual charges divided into 12 monthly payments. We monitor your usage during the year to make any necessary corrections along the way. As a result, your balance should be close to zero at the end of the year.
- ZAP Pay…have your monthly bill paid directly from your bank checking account. We will continue to send you monthly statements so you know how much is withdrawn each month.
- Streamline Pay…Go online to pay your propane bill with a credit card. The online system will provide you a comparison of your consumption from one year to the next. You also will be able to notify us if you are moving and need to have your service terminated. Best yet, you’ll be able to access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Save time and money!
- Pay in Person…Come in and meet our friendly office team, and save a stamp! We have one of the friendliest and efficient staffs around. We would like to get to know you better!
- Pay with a Credit Card…we take MasterCard and Visa.
